I met Clay Hebert at the Lean Startup Conference, where we were both speakers. When I heard the story of how Clay saved his company $100K by talking to customers, I was blown away! You have to hear it for yourself. THIS is why if you have a startup idea, don’t go lock yourself in a room and start coding or writing a marketing game plan. Get out and talk to your customers!
- If you can code, don’t code until you’ve gotten out of the building and talked to customers. You might be building something that no one wants! Time is money. Time spent building useless features is time wasted on building valuable features.
